Refund Policy

At Cayetana Luxury Homestays, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a transparent and fair refund process. Please note that all refund policies are determined by the individual host of the property you book. We encourage you to review the host’s specific refund terms carefully before making a reservation.

Cancellation by Customer

Each host sets their own cancellation and refund conditions.

If you cancel your booking before the host’s minimum refund deadline, you may be eligible for:

  • 100% refund (if allowed by the host’s policy), or

  • 50% refund (if allowed by the host’s policy).

Cancellations made after the host’s refund window, or on the check-in day, including no-shows, are non-refundable.

Changes to Booking

Booking modifications are subject to:

  • Host’s approval

  • Host’s availability

  • Applicable charges (if any)

All change requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified by the host.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • Service fees and processing charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Host

If a host cancels your confirmed booking:

  • You will receive a full refund, including service and processing fees.

  • Cayetana Luxury Homestays will assist in finding alternative accommodation, subject to availability.

Non-Refundable Services

Some properties, promotions, or discounted bookings may be classified as non-refundable by the host.
Please check the property’s refund details before finalizing your booking.
